Return & Refund Policy

At Finding Inner Light Counseling, we are committed to providing compassionate and professional mental health services. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:

1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $50.
Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us as soon as possible.

2. Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of mental health services, we generally do not offer refunds for sessions already provided.
We will issue a refund if a co-pay or deductible was charged in error, once insurance has fully processed the session and we can verify the overpayment. Otherwise, any remaining balance can be applied to your next session.
Any approved refund will be processed according to the policy of the billing platform being utilized for sessions

3. Insurance and Billing

If you are using insurance, refunds may be subject to insurance company rules and cannot exceed what the insurer allows.
