I work with you and your family through family therapy to strengthen communication and develop the skills needed to restore connection, understanding, and trust. Additionally, I offer individual therapy and child therapy to support each family member.

I support teenagers and adults through various forms of therapy, including individual therapy, family therapy, and child therapy, by providing practical tools to manage daily stressors, strengthen relationships, and address a range of mental health challenges. These challenges include self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ASD/ADHD, stress, relationship dynamics, communication, anger, grief, and trauma.

I provide child therapy to help children develop emotional regulation, improve their ability to express feelings effectively, enhance focus and impulse control, reduce negative behavior, and strengthen listening skills. Additionally, I offer family therapy and individual therapy to support children in navigating their emotions and behaviors.
