About Me

Hi, I’m Amber! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find meaningful growth. I received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I work with children as young as three, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I truly value the opportunity to support people from all backgrounds and stages of life.

My journey into counseling began with a simple desire: I wanted to help those around me through their struggles, but wasn’t always sure how. Over time, I became deeply aware of how powerfully mental health can shape a person’s well-being, relationships, and sense of self. That realization led me to pursue a career where I could make a meaningful difference.

In my work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Psychodynamic approaches. I believe you know yourself best, so I strive to create a space where you feel safe to lead the process. At the same time, I aim to equip you with practical, tangible tools you can carry with you into everyday life.
